Gabriel nació el 26 de febrero de 1970 en Durango, México, hijo de la difunta María Celia Olivas y de Gabriel Esquivel. Fue un esposo dedicado para Susana Aguilar, un padre amoroso, un abuelo orgulloso y un hombre cuya mayor prioridad siempre fue su familia. A lo largo de su vida, siempre puso las necesidades de sus seres queridos antes que las suyas, trabajando incansablemente para asegurarse de que nunca les faltara nada.

Gabriel fue un hombre trabajador y con grandes habilidades. Sentía una profunda pasión por la mecánica y disfrutaba reparando vehículos. También amaba los caballos y los gallos, pasatiempos que le brindaron grandes alegrías durante toda su vida. Sin embargo, su mayor felicidad era compartir tiempo con su familia, especialmente con sus nietos. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, aconsejar y apoyar a sus hijos y nietos en todo lo que necesitaran. Su amor incondicional, su fortaleza y su dedicación lo convirtieron en un padre y abuelo ejemplar.

Gabriel fue precedido en la muerte por su querida madre, María Celia Olivas, y por su hijo, Christian.

Deja para atesorar su memoria a su amada esposa, Susana Aguilar; a su padre, Gabriel Esquivel; a sus hijos Enrique, Dustyn, Gabriel, José, Moisés, Rafael, Alexis y Christian; a sus hijas Kristi, Griselda, Lucero y Olga; a sus 15 queridos nietos; a su fiel compañero, su perro Alucin; así como a numerosos familiares y amigos que siempre recordarán su amor, su fortaleza y su generoso corazón.

Aunque su partida deja un profundo vacío en nuestros corazones, su legado de amor, sacrificio y dedicación a su familia vivirá para siempre en cada persona que tuvo el privilegio de conocerlo y amarlo.

Gabriel Esquivel Olivas peacefully departed this life on July 19, 2026, at the age of 56 in Longview, Texas.

Gabriel was born on February 26, 1970, in Durango, Mexico, to the late Maria Celia Olivas and Gabriel Esquivel. He was a devoted husband to Susana Aguilar, a loving father, a proud grandfather, and a man whose greatest priority was always his family. He believed in putting the needs of those he loved before his own and worked tirelessly to ensure they were cared for.

A hardworking man with many talents, Gabriel had a deep passion for mechanics and enjoyed working on vehicles whenever he had the opportunity. He also loved horses and roosters, hobbies that brought him great joy throughout his life. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Whether they needed a helping hand, a word of encouragement, or simply someone to cheer them on, Gabriel was always there. His unwavering support, guidance, and love made him an extraordinary father and grandfather.

Gabriel was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Maria Celia Olivas, and his son, Christian.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Susana Aguilar; his father, Gabriel Esquivel; his sons, Enrique, Dustyn, Gabriel, José, Moisés, Rafael, Alexis, and Christian; his daughters, Kristi, Griselda, Lucero, and Olga; his 15 cherished grandchildren; his faithful companion, Alucin; and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will forever treasure his love, strength, and generous spirit.

Though his earthly journey has ended, Gabriel's legacy of love, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to his family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
